This policy explains what ("we," "us") collects when you use yourparttimebiz.com, why, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
- The questionnaire: your name, your email address, and your answers to the 16 questions. Your answers can include personal details such as where you live, your work history and your finances. Share only what you're comfortable sharing.
- Your results: the business ideas we write for you.
- The "Talk to us" form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
- Technical details: your IP address is used to limit how often the questionnaire can be submitted. We keep it only as a scrambled value (a hash) alongside a daily count.
How we use it
- To prepare your business ideas and email them to you.
- To review submissions and follow up with you about our setup services.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To prevent abuse of the site.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run the site for us:
- Anthropic, the AI provider. We use its AI model (Claude) to help write your ideas, which means your name and your answers are sent to it. Your email address is not sent.
- Netlify, which hosts the website, and holds a copy of a submission or message if our database cannot be reached.
- Microsoft Azure, which stores submissions and messages in our database and delivers our emails.
If you ask about a partner service (website building, or a RADS10 listing), we pass your details to that partner only if you ask us to.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Saved on your device
While you fill out the questionnaire, your browser keeps a copy of what you've typed so a reload doesn't lose it. That copy stays on your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions, results and messages for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing .
Children
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
