No upfront cost. You pay 5% of your business's revenue, and only until an agreed cap is reached. The details go in a separate written agreement before any work starts.
- Getting legal: business license, choosing a structure (sole proprietor or LLC), getting an EIN, opening a business bank account, and finding out which permits or insurance apply.
- Looking official: business name, logo, business cards, and a matching email address.
- Getting found: setting up a free Google Business Profile so you show up in local searches and on Maps.
- Getting customers: low-cost local advertising like Facebook groups, Nextdoor, flyers, and referral deals. No cold calling.
- Ongoing Q&A: practical "how do I do this?" help as questions come up. Legal and tax questions get referred to a lawyer or accountant.
